Although I am looking forward to pursuing something new and discussing my learning, I have not yet not decided on a set topic of inquiry. I have always enjoyed being in the kitchen, so I am thinking that I would like to explore this in some format. In particular, my family has recently purchased an airfryer and I am interested in becoming more familiar with how this appliance can be used to make cooking more convenient/timely, maybe by testing different recipes each week, and reviewing them to later evaluate if is was a worthwhile investment.
