This week I tried my second airfryer recipe, buffalo cauliflower bites! In addition to my attached and updated learning plan, I will summarize my experience below.

Ingredient list: cauliflower, buffalo sauce, butter, garlic powder, ranch dressing (optional), celery (optional).
Time taken for preparation and cooking: 20 minutes.
Level of clean-up required (minimal, moderate, heavy): moderate.
Taste rating: (1 star = bad, 2 stars = okay, 3 stars = excellent): 3 stars.
Additional comments/notes:

◦ I was surprised at how well this recipe turned out, it tasted very similar to something you might find at a restaurant!
◦ The cauliflower itself was crisp and well-seasoned, making for a perfect side dish or appetizer.
◦ Overall, other than a bit of chopping and stirring, the preparation process was simple and quick.
◦ Cleaning the bottom tray of the airfryer was slightly difficult/tedious as the sauce had stuck – the only challenge I faced.
